Ecommerce's Governance and Experience is a global team responsible for ensuring our marketplace is safe and trustworthy for not only our users but also sellers and creators. We value user satisfaction and work on policies, rules, and systems to ensure quality.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead a team of moderation service
- Responsible for monitoring the moderation service's regular tasks & weekly report
- Mentor and develop direct reports and support performance management.
- Understand internal and external stakeholders' requirements, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide feedback to the moderation team to promote quality and process improvements.
- Dive deep into stakeholders' requirements and feedback and work closely with moderation, quality, the SOP team, and other key stakeholders to drive short and long-term solutions.

- Bachelor's Degree or above. Project management and project operations experience is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict management skills and demonstrated multi-task capabilities and ambiguity
