IT Operations & Service Desk

Monday to Friday

Oeration Hours : 6.00 am to 6.00 pm (2 shift interval). During Australia Daylight savings. Operation Hours :5.00am to 6.00pm (+OT for 5am + (8GMT))

Basic Salary RM3,000

(KPI ALLOWANCE RM300) (LANGUAGE ALLOWANCE RM300) (SHIFT ALLOWANCE RM60) (ATTENDANCE ALLOWANCE RM150)

Need to know how to read and write in Traditional Chinese character, converse technical term in fluent mandarin and familiar with Taiwan Zhuyin keyboard.

Does not have any health problem that prevents working on 5 days per week.

Minimum Diploma (fresh grad) or SPM with 3 years relevant working experience.Preferably in computer science, computer engineering, information technology, or relevant field

JOBSCOPE

*To be a part of a team of service desk agent which acts as the single point of contact for users for all IT Incidents and Service Request

*to handle call and other alternative channels for all incoming request for IT support and resolve network, hardware and software issue within Level 1 scope of work
- Inbound Call

*Mandarin+English+BM. Able to write & read in Mandarin

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
