**Job Requirements**:
1. Qualification in SPM or Diploma or equivalent

2. Preferably at least 2 to 3 years of working experience in a related field.

3. Good communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of personnel.

4. Computer literate.

5. Speak using clear and professional language.

**Job Descriptions**:
1. To ensure the call center system is running smoothly. Any system error must be reported to the superior.

2. To treat all emergencies as a priority and must be well-versed with the hospital’s emergency code.

3. To ensure the emergency line is in good condition and ensure daily checking and monitoring.

4. All calls must be answered with a standard greeting with a cheerful and courteous tone.

5. To monitor all incoming and outgoing calls and minimize and prevent abandoned calls.

6. To assist in following-up patients or caller's requests if unable to answer immediately or need approval/advice/input from the superior.

8. To ensure callers request turnaround time is met to achieve patients and customers satisfaction and subsequently enhance their overall experience in our hospital.

**Salary**: From RM1,550.00 per month
