**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee the implementation and optimization of analytics tools and platforms (Adobe Analytics, Target, Audience)
- Utilize advanced analytics and AI to measure / optimize campaign performance with MMP tools like Adjust, AppsFlyer.
- Drive CRM integration and automation via Unica and Acoustic.
- Automate messaging programs for SMS and EDM for the business teams.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and analytics
- Collaborate with business teams to implement tracking of mobile app / website activities that drives marketing effectiveness.
- Drive personalization on our marketing channels to offer relevant offer and communications to the customers to improve our customer experience.

**Qualifications**
- Proficient in analytics tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SQL, BigQuery, Qlikview etc.
- Knowledge in MMP integration for apps tracking with AppsFlyer & Adjust is a plus.
- Problem solver and excellent analytical skills with proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and business strategies.
- Strong business acumen and presentation skills to convey data to layman terms for non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in a digital agency or consulting environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple project simultaneously.
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in marketing analytics and technology
