IT Executive

Software managers oversee the acquisition and development of software systems in order to provide support to all organisational units. They also monitor the results and quality of the different software solutions and projects implemented in the organisation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and supervise a team of IT staffs to

support all business units, departments and

overseas subsidiaries IT systems.
- Monitor network utilization and performance,

implements procedures for network optimization,

reliability and availability.
- Manage and maintain database.
- Analyze business requirements by partnering

with key stakeholders across the organization to

develop solutions for IT needs.
- Designing, developing and implementing IT

policy and best practice guides for the

organization.
- Ensure security of data, network access,

develop and execute disaster procedures and

maintain data backups.

**Requirements**:
Degree/ Professional Degree/ Master's Degree/

Doctorate (PhD) in Computer

Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in IT

operations management in managerial capacity.
- Excellent working knowledge of computer

systems, cloud computing, cyber-security,

network and systems administration, databases

and data storage systems.
- Experience in ERP system implementation and

administration.
- Preferably Managers specializing in

IT/Computer-Network / System / Database

Admin or equivalent.
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making

skills.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Firm grasp on IT infrastructure and operations

best practices.
- Ability to work cross-functionally & at all levels

within the organization.
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and

manage deadlines accordingly.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
