**JOB DESCRIPTION**

1. Responsible for daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth business and office operations.

2. Involve in general HR and Admin tasks : example : preparing name cards, shell cards, uniform distributions, phone lines, vehicle insurance, manage inventories etc.

3. To source quotations from different suppliers in order to get the best pricing and quality of supplies and services.

4. Arrangement/Coordinate HR Orientation to new employees

5. Training - Assisting in coordinating of in-house and external training programs, training plan, and maintaining records

6. To perform any other duties as appointed by the HOD/HR Executive from time to time.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Degree in Business Administration/Human Resources or equivalent.
- Preferably fresh graduates
- Required Skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word, Microsoft Office
- Required language: English and Malay
- Good interpersonal skills, team player, independent and able to work under mínimal supervision
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledgeable in the Employment Act.
- Knowledgeable in HR policies, procedures, and processes

**Job Types**: Full-time, New-Grad

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)
