- Have at least 1-3 years managing social media accounts & community management.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:

- Be the voice of the brand across all social media channels.
- You will be our audience's online concierge to all things Atome in order to drive an increase in positive engagement and brand advocacy. This includes responding to queries, requests and complaints on the Atome's Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube platforms.
- Curate fresh ideas that embodies our brand voice, style, tonality on owned and paid social media channels.
- Create content for owned social media channels including and not limited to Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Twitter, and advertising assets.
- Write compelling copy, stories, demos, headlines, taglines, product information and calls to action.
- Brief the creative team on visual and copy ideas for seamless and timely content creation.
- Manage development of multimedia, video and other online media assets.
- Support KOL schedule and content briefs in line with brand and merchants' branding guidelines.
- Identifying suitable trends and influencer to amplify the brand's reach and engagement in the local market.
- Provide reports at a team level on content performance, community management conversation drivers, and suggestions for future content based on community feedback.
