- Undertaking legal research and assisting with preparation of draft advice and submissions
- Drafting cause papers and affidavits
- Attending court in particular hearing and trial
- Minimum of 2 years practise

**Job Description for Conveyancing**
- To handle conveyancing matters including sale (developer-sale & sub-sale), loan (financing and re-financing) documentation, with or without title.
- To attend to status reports and update file status.

**Qualifications and Requirements For Pupil, Chambering and Para Legal**
- Possess a Law Degree with a view to practise

**Qualifications and Requirements For Legal Assistant**
- Possess a valid Practicing Certificate

- Hosesty, reliability, responsibility
- Motivated person with analytical ability and meticulous
- Right attitude to learn and grow in the legal profession
- Creativity, adaptability
- Can work independently and a team player
- Good communication skill to liaise with clients, bankers, and various government bodies
- Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia languages (Mandarin would be added advantage)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; and basic computer abilities; and
