1. Develop and manage work construction schedule, resources planning and working schedule.

2. Monitor site activities and maintain scheduling management system.

3. Update tracking programme on weekly basis and whenever necessary.

4. Prepare a look ahead schedule on monthly/quarterly basis or as required.

5. Liaise and interact closely with project team, contractors, consultants and related parties on overall work progress/issues.

6. Attending and scheduling meetings as required.

7. Track and report on critical activities and propose mitigation measures to Project Director/Project Manager.

8. Optimize working programme to meet project objectives.

9. Prepare high level reporting to the management as and when required.

10. Ensure that all project reports, internally and externally are completed on time and that the reports are accurate and consistent.

11. Assess the delays of client changes to the baseline programme or other issues and advice the Project and/or Commercial Manager if any notice is to be raised for the claims and extension of time (EOT).

13. Prepare tender work programme complete with resource planning.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree in Civil or related.
- 3-5 years of related working experiences.
- Experience in tender is added advantage.

Pay: RM2,872.93 - RM7,647.22 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
