**Primary Objective**:
To provide professional, efficient, and approachable APs and maintain a high level of customer service to staff and visitors at all times.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- To perform duties of the Sergeant Major in his/her absence and to assist on daily AP operations.
- To update personnel on changes in procedures, policies or regulations.
- To assist with training on Police procedures.
- To direct handling of evidence, from compilation to storage.
- To provide field assistance and advice.
- To supervise patrol officers, review various reports, prepare and investigate personnel complaints.
- To organize daily assignments, prepare and present roll call, and inspect personnel and equipment for adherence to department standards.
- To promote public safety and law enforcement.
- To perform a variety of daily duties in fulfilling their overall responsibility of protecting the public by investigating and preventing crimes.
- To develop and maintain positive relationship with the diverse community.
- To accurately assess the need for further intervention and/or diversion.
- To assist other primary agencies such as fire or ambulance.
- To know and perform duties specified in the Auxiliary Police Standard Operation Procedures
- To performing numerous other activities in support of the community policy philosophy.
- Requirements

**Requirements**:
Diploma - any fields of study.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in related security services and specifically for banking and financial institutions
- Ability to communicate in English and good in Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is preferable but optional.
- Basic computer skills e.g. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point).
- Good personal attributes - honest and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Fit and good eyesight.
- Ability to maintain control in times of crisis.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Ability to drive staff for optimum performance.
- No criminal records.
- Prepare to work on shift, weekend and Public Holidays.
- Ex-Police Officer or Ex
- Auxiliary Police Officer (encourage to apply)
