Operation Planner

Area: Near Jelapang/Meru/Chemor/Klebang/Tasek

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Job Type**:Full-time (Monday - Friday 8.15am-5.15pm, Saturday 8.15am-2.15pm), standby and work online when needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

- To assist in planning daily arrangements for delivery and collection schedule of drivers according to customer requirement.
- To assist and monitor driver movement from time to time for smooth arrangement.
- Updating the details of delivery and collection in System
- Checking on the booking for shipment.
- Communicate with customer services and customers regarding the delivery or collection information and status.
- Attend any ad-hoc task assigned by the operation head.

**Requirement**:

- No experience needed
- Willing to learn new things
- Fast learner
- Confident, detailed oriented and responsible in carrying out duties independently.
- Good knowledge in software (training provided).
- Able to cope with fast paced environment and work pressure.
