The Sales Merchandise is responsible for selling our products and services while also taking great care of our customers.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Learn, plan and develop merchandising strategies that meet customers’ expectations and meet the company’s mission and core value
- Study outlet's sales figures, customer behaviour, and market info to anticipate product needs and arrange product ranges/stock
- Propose, process, and follow up on all sales orders on hand.
- Communicate, discuss and collaborate with buyers and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities and time-scales
- Maximize customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately
- Follow outlet planogram and maintain store shelves and inventory
- Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clear stocks, etc.
- Support the teammates especially the sales team on all trade shows/road shows and special events as necessary
- Communicate with immediate superior regarding sales-related issues and also the company's objectives
- Construct and strengthen customer/buyer relationships by building pipelines to close deals
- Remains up to date with all FMCG industry trends and practices

**Requirements**:
