**Responsibilities**:

- Regular audit production processes and product quality to ensure compliance with standard.
- Regularly review and update production process to optimize quality and efficiency.
- Quality inspection of incoming raw materials and final products.
- Investigate and resolve product quality issues.
- Ensure the product fulfil the requirement of Halal, HACCP, MeSTI and GMP standards.
- To communicate with HACCP Consultant/ HACCP Auditor or and local government authority related to food handling and safety issues.

**Requirements**:

- Has a diploma/ degree in Food Science/ Food Technology/ Food & Beverage Management or equivalent.
- Familiar with Halal, HACCP, MeSTI and GMP.
- Min 2-3 years of working experience in quality control within F&B industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft.
