IT Specialist

Involve in meeting, requirement study, planning, developing, presenting, maintaining and administrating company’s ERP System.
- Interact with all level of users to ensure successful ERP System’s implementation.
- Evaluate and propose ERP System’s enhancement and upgrading for continuous improvement.
- Responsible for 24/7 ERP System up-time, accessibility and availability.
- Managing daily and monthly database backup and restore.
- Responsible for writing and updating ERP System’s technical documentation.
- Prompt response to resolve any ERP System’s issue by providing on-site as well as remote support and troubleshooting.
- Perform error simulation in Test Server when necessary to provide precise solution to user.
- Interact with ERP Consultant for user’s support and Change Request (CR).
- Responsible to perform full cycle test and evaluation for all objects received from ERP Consultant prior to deployment into Live Server.
- Responsible for any reports creation and customization that related to ERP System.
- Actively perform preventative measure to avoid system error such as training, system fine tuning.
- Perform regular SQL Database and Server’s health check.
- Immediately inform superior for any critical issues that can make ERP System fail to operate.
- Any other related task assign by the superior from time to time.
- Adhere to all the Quality/Safety & Environmental requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Computer Science/IT or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in any ERP System (Microsoft Dynamic NAV will be an advantage).
- Preferably Senior Executive specializing in ERP System with hands on experience (involved in project management and implementation will be an advantage).
- Experienced for report development and customization (Jet Reports will be an advantage).
- Possess strong technical problem solving skills for end user’s support.
- Good teamwork player and user’s oriented.
- Able to work independently/with very minimum supervision.
- Self-motivated, detail oriented, resourceful, passionate and responsible

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
