Location: Kuala Lumpur

Working days: 5 days (Any 5 days between Monday to Sunday)

Working hours: Shift work 9am - 6pm or 1.30pm - 10.30pm

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Timely management of online user inquiries
- Handle issues on different topics in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Identify customer needs, clarify information, research each problem, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers
- Log all conversations in our operations center database
- Meet individual or team goals, both qualitative and quantitative
- Expand dealer business

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- SPM
- Experience in any customer service oriented field
- Preferably have at least 1 year of customer support experience
- Able to work under pressure, adaptable and responsive
- Able to communicate in Chinese

**工作要求**:

- 在任何面向服务的领域中，至少有中学毕业
- 最好有至少1年客户支持工作经验
- 能在压力下工作，适应能力强，反应迅速
- 能用中文交流

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
