Front Office Manager

**Responsibilities**
- Train, supervise and support office staff, including virtual front office, customer service, reservation and sales agents
- Schedule shifts
- Ensure timely and accurate customer service
- Handle complaints and specific customers requests
- Troubleshoot emergencies
- Manage sales target
- Manage customer satisfaction
- Keep updated report on sales and staff performances report
- Manages OTA platforms
- Manages newly onboard hotel setup (front office related system)
- Ensure company’s policies and security requirements are met
**Requirements and skills**
- Proven work experience as a Front office manager or Reservation manager
- Hands on experience with hotel management system
- Thorough knowledge of customer service, office management and reporting
- Proficiency in English (oral and written) and Mandarin (preferred)
- Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word and Power Point
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Problem-solving skills
**Salary**: RM3,800.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
