The job function:
1. undertake installation, maintenance and repair to all types of electrical plant LV sub-station, switchgear, electrical distribution system, electrical protection system/devices and any related power pump motor for others system.

2. supporting others unit on electrical operating system and troubleshooting.

3. As competent person required by statutory regulation (Suruhanjaya Tenaga)

Your job responsibilities include:
1. Inspecting and Monitoring: You will inspect, monitor, read, and record engineering operation data parameters for power consumption in each Main Switch Board (MSB) and Sub-Main Switch Board (SMSB). Any abnormalities or abnormal conditions should be reported to your superior.

2. Maintenance Work: You will carry out assigned work according to Reliability Centered Maintenance (Unscheduled/Scheduled/Condition Based Maintenance) and Sustainability Programs. This includes working on assets or facility systems that require expertise, conducting testing and commissioning, and updating the status of the Asset Register Form.

3. Operating Electrical Equipment: You will operate or commence operations of electrical equipment and systems such as Mechanical & Electrical Plant, chillers, generator sets, and motor pumps.

4. Procurement and Vendor Management: You will request the order of goods as per Service Work (SW)/Service Request (SR) requirements. Additionally, you will monitor the progress of works done by vendors and verify invoices for payment purposes.

5. Technical Assistance: You will assist and provide technical feedback to your superior regarding maintenance work that requires vendor expertise. You will also monitor the progress of such work.

6. Troubleshooting: You will investigate, diagnose, and troubleshoot any electrical system faults to ensure system integrity.

7. Safety and Maintenance Equipment: You will ensure that the electrical plant, switch room, and maintenance equipment are in safe and good condition, in accordance with work safety acts.

8. Compliance and Support: You will ensure that all activities comply with Quality, Safety, Health, and Environment (QSHE) activities, such as Quality Assurance Programs, Risk Management, Hazard Alerts and Recalls, and the handling of hazardous equipment. You will also support company programs related to HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, and Environment) and LEAN initiatives.

9. Stakeholder Management: You will support effective stakeholder management, both external (contractor performance assessment and customer satisfaction surveys) and internal (headquarters, vendors, etc.). Your goal is to provide excellent services, maintain good relationships, and achieve high customer satisfaction levels, as per the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the company.

These responsibilities encompass inspecting and monitoring, maintenance work, operating electrical equipment, procurement and vendor management, providing technical assistance, troubleshooting, ensuring safety and maintenance equipment, compliance and support, and stakeholder management.

Qualification:

- SKM or Diploma in Electrical Field
- Entry level or 2 years experience

Skills: Knowledge in related Engineering Electrical Services & Hospital Support
