REQUIREMENT 1. Minimum 10 years working experience 2. Minimum 5 years supervision experience in steel industry (preferred pipe rolling mill) 3. Min diploma in any engineering discipline (preferred mechanical and industrial engineering) JOB DESCRIPTION 1. Oversee all the activities of the production operator and general worker to produce quality products in according to the ISO Quality Management System Standard Procedures. 2. Explain company policies to workers and enforce safety regulations. 3. To ensure all workers are working under safety working environment and wearing PPE all the time at the work place. 4. Recommend measures to improve the production methods, the equipment performance and the quality of product. 5. Suggest changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase the productivity and efficiency. 6. Analyze and resolve work problems as they occur. 7. Recommend and initiate personnel actions, such as promotions, transfers, discharges and disciplinary measures. 8. Check and ensure the products are complied with the specification. 9. Inculcate and guiding workers on the importance of consistent quality production and the 10. ISO procedures set up by the committee members. 11. Schedule meal and other breaks, as required. 12. Monitor and request tools, equipment and other maintenance supplies, as required.\ 13. Participate in safety and quality control meeting, as required. 14. To arrange manpower for daily production and ensure all section are assigned with the competence workers and train the workers as to develop multi skill operators. 15. To arrange overtime (OT) if necessary and complete the OT claim form checking before submit to Head of Department for approval. 16. To arrange / prepare require materials for the production and ensure it is always available. Day shift should arrange raw material for night shift as well. 17. To ensure machine breakdown is been repaired immediately. 18. To take worker attendance daily work according to work instruction. 19. To report to immediate superior / production executive the reason unable to achieve production planning target. 20. To perform daily preventive maintenance to the machine before start up of shift and inform to maintenance department if any abnormally was found. 21. To compile and submit all daily record to the production executive. 22. To mobilize the workers to do 5S activities. 23. To train, educate, motivate and discipline the workers as to ensure the worker concentrate and be serious in their work, in order to achieve the production yield and minimize the downtime. 24.
