**What will be your task**:

- Assist the department manager to set up KPI and annual goals.
- Arrange internal training plan and provide training、 coaching and review engineers KPI achievement status.
- Plan and coordinate internal resources and arrange work reasonably.
- Coordinate the problems with parallel departments and establish communication and methods to meet the needs of different departments.
- Participate in the quality activities or quality relevant project/meetings.
- Prepare the system audit and customer audit (including documents, manpower arrangement, etc.), and participate in the system and customer audit and achieve the audit objectives successfully.
- Communicate with MPM to understand customer requirements and expectations, and cooperate in handling customer complaints, and achieve customer satisfaction.
- Lead continually improvements on the quality system and process.
- Execute the tasks assigned by department manager.

**What you must have to apply**:

- More than 5 years of working experience in quality management and familiar with quality management practices.
- Has experience on the quality management system audit and handling customer requirements/complaints.
- With good communication skills and be able to communicate and coordinate the operation effectively cross department.
- Positive thinking and with good leadership.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
