After-sales service technicians provide after-sales service support to customers, such as the installation, maintenance and repair of the sold products. They take corrective actions to ensure customers satisfaction, resolve technical product-related issues and write customer summary reports.
CSS Garage was setup to serve the increasing demand on the vehicles repair of CSS group of companies’ own transports, due to heavier daily delivery load as business expand. Its also provide special price for the company internal staffs on private car repair, as well as CSS customers, referral from customers and also walk-in customers.
SPM / O Level / SKM Level 1 / SKM Level 2 / SKM Level 3 or Equivalent
