JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Ensure all guests & visitors are welcomed and usher to the appropriate person
- Arrange courier service
- Screening & answering phone calls and attend to enquiry & request
- Arranging, monitoring & ordering of pantry supplies, stationeries, toiletries, and inventory for the office on a monthly basis
- Monitoring & coordinate cleaner's duties
- Performing other ad-hoc administrative tasks when assigned by superior
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Fresh graduates / entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
- Strong attention to detail
- Proactive, fast learner, good interpersonal & communication skills
- Highly capable of handling multi-tasking
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Required language(s) : English, Bahasa Melayu
- Preferably to have construction background & relevant experience as a general administrator/receptionist
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Sitiawan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
