**Responsibilities**:

- Cultivate an environment of holistic development, championing the well-being, education, and etiquette of our children.
- Craft engaging and age-appropriate educational activities, igniting curiosity and fostering intellectual growth.
- Maintain the daily rhythm of the household, orchestrating seamless transitions through meals, hygiene routines, and recreational endeavors.
- Offer personalized support in academics, guiding our children through homework and providing supplementary tutoring where needed.
- Instill values of respect, integrity, and responsibility, nurturing not just academic prowess but also character development.
- Foster open communication with parents, ensuring transparency in the children's progress and addressing any concerns with care and professionalism.

- Demonstrate fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, opening doors to seamless communication and cultural exchange.
