Preparation and drafting of M&E/ Technical drawings for projects, tender submissions, etc.
- Space planning, conceptual design development and detailing
- Produce detail drawings and specifications for construction independently
- Liaise and coordinate with contractors, suppliers and vendors
- Ensure designs/drawings meet relevant code and compliance requirements, and compliance requirements, and good and good engineering practices

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in drafting of M&E/Technical drawings in architectural, construction related industries.
- Must have experience / knowledge of REVIT
- Familiar in architectural, fire protection & mechanical ventilation system design
- Competent in AutoCAD & good knowledge in SolidWorks (3D)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,300.00 per month
