**Job Responsible**
- To ensure all machinery are filled up with petrol/diesel for daily operation.
- To control usage of all items in workshop such as fuel and spare parts.
- To check petrol/diesel stock for workshop.
- To collect spare parts when needed urgently.
- To call up supplier for quotation/follow up on the delivery of goods.
- Prepare delivery order/invoice to be submitted to account department.
- To record immediately goods taken form workshop by worker / supervisor
- To record goods received from suppliers.
- To hold key to all store.
- To ensure all stores are locked and goods taken returned before end of the day.
- To provide necessary things to supervisors when need.
- To inform / advice course superintendent on replenishing of stock.
- To do stock check report at end of every month and be submitted to course superintendent.
- To carry out other duties as and when assigned by the Course Superintendent

**Salary**: RM1,161.20 - RM2,360.76 per month
