**Technical Requirements**
- Strong skills in AutoCAD
- Confidence in using spreadsheets
- Working experiences in construction will be an advantage
- Knowledge of Roof / Metal Roof, Sketch Up, Revit (3D Modelling) software, Photoshop & other relevant software will be an advantage.

**Responsibilities**
- Review Construction & Tender drawings;
- Gathering drawings and specifications, calculating material and equipment requirements;
- Calculating quantity, dimensions, water catchment, weight limitations and other requirements in materials;
- Handle shop drawing submission & as-built drawing;
- Prepare materials & transportation order and quotation
- Quantity & wastage monitoring;
- Ensure final drawing work comply with contract, regulations and quality standards'.
- Visit project site
