- Monitoring of day-to-day of Data Centre devices and maintaining and optimally controlled environment for network and servers.
- Monitoring of Data Centre Temperature and HVAC Equipment.
- To take up new job task / instructions from technical engineer for customer service improvements.
- Respond to customers network/systems incidents during working and after working hours
- Perform scheduled night job activities when necessary
- Provides customer support through installation, as well as overseeing any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of equipment and systems.
- Responsible for creation and tracking of trouble tickets and service request tickets and resolution of escalated support incidents.
- Communicate with customers while investigating or providing problem resolution.

**Job Requirements**
- Must be willing to be based in customer premises, which is in **Petaling Jaya, Selangor.**:

- At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply
- Required language(s): English, Malay
- Good Interpersonal skills
- Willing to work in shift and standby.
- Possess driving license and a transport.
- Good working and learning attitude.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: From RM1,800.00 per month
