Job description
- The Nutritionist/Dietitian (Product Advisor) role at Eskayvie involves becoming an expert in the company's product portfolio, responding to customer health inquiries both online and offline, addressing Nexus's queries on health and products through Telegram Tanya Dr. Syid, and conducting product knowledge presentations.
- In managing the customer journey, responsibilities include addressing walk-in and call customer inquiries, creating a comprehensive set of questions and answers, and maintaining records of customer interactions.
- The position also plays a pivotal role in Marketing (Brand Management), supporting content development for social media, representing as a health expert in live sessions on Eskayvie Malaysia's Facebook Page, producing health educational content and marketing materials, preparing product modules and FAQs, and collaborating with the Social Media Executive, Customer Service, and Marketing teams to address health-related questions across various marketing channels.

**Requirement**:

- Degree in Dietetics/Nutrition
- At least 1-year experience in a related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Human Health and Physiology
- Well-spoken in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Critical Thinking Skill, Problem-Solving Skills, Research Skills
- Basic Copywriting and Content Writing Skills
- MS Office
- Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Well-Organized, Independent and Able To Work in a Team

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
