**Responsibilities**:

- **Documentation Review**: Review all related documents for valve actuators, materials, spare parts, etc., including supplier certifications, approved drawings (GA & schematic diagrams), inspection test plans (ITP), purchase orders, delivery orders, equipment datasheets, packing lists, incoming checklists, finding reports, material take-offs, procedures, painting certificates/specifications, and punch lists.
- **Incoming Inspection**: Witness and perform incoming inspections for actuated valves, valve equipment, materials, and spare parts as per the incoming inspection checklist before proceeding to production, assembly, and testing. Conduct visual, dimensional, and paint DFT checks (if required). Record all verification checks in the incoming inspection checklist.
- **In-process Inspection**:Witness assembly activities for actuated valves, valve equipment, materials, and spare parts during assembly or repair activities. Inspect control systems, including tubing leak tests, tubing line checks, and BOM checks. Record any defects or findings during assembly or repair activities in the finding report. Witness routine valve tests as per API 6D and API 598 requirements, including hydrostatic shell tests, hydrostatic seat tests, low-pressure seat tests, stem backseat tests, and special tests such as FET torque tests.Record all testing in the pressure test report.
- **Factory Acceptance Test (FAT)**:Review FAT documentation, including approved FAT procedures, ITPs, NDE procedures, painting procedures, GA drawings, schematic diagrams, packing procedures, routing test reports, mill certificates, datasheets, and inspection test plans. Witness valve testing, including hydrostatic shell tests, hydrostatic seat tests, low-pressure seat tests, stem backseat tests, and functional tests. Perform visual/physical checks and dimensional checks for valves, including paint DFT checks (if required), valve dimensional checks, and valve physical checks. Record all testing in the pressure test report.
- **Painting Inspection**: Perform surface preparation inspections at Valser or subcontractor workshops as per approved painting procedures. Inspect paint DFT and final color compliance as per client requirements and approved painting procedures.
- **Final Outgoing and Preservation Inspection**: Conduct final/outgoing inspections of valves, actuators, equipment, materials, spare parts, etc., as per the final inspection checklist to ensure they meet API standards, manufacturer standards, client standards, drawings, ITPs, and procedures. Ensure all outgoing items (spare parts, valves, actuators, etc.) are clearly labeled with job details. Inspect the condition of crates to ensure they are free of damage and mold.
- **HSE Compliance**:Conform to HSE procedures and the requirements of the Integrated Management System (ISO 45001 and ISO 9001) related to the job scope. Actively participate in training to meet HSE requirements. Perform health and safety inspections and activities to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. Investigate and respond to health and safety concerns, ensuring corrective actions are implemented effectively.
- **General Responsibilities**:Abide by the standard rules and regulations as stipulated in the Company Employee Handbook. Maintain confidentiality of all company business, including non-public information concerning the company, its vendors, and suppliers.
- **Training and Development**:Basic 7QC Tools. Report Writing and Problem-Solving Method. Understanding Measurement and Calibration System. Leak Test Level 1. IMM Coating Inspector Level 1

**Requirements**:

- **Qualification**: Diploma in relevant field
- **Experience**: Fresh or 2 years of experience
- **Other Competencies**:

- Self-motivated and self-starter
- Ability to work under pressure
- Willing to work overtime and during public holidays
- Willing to travel overseas and to site/field (offshore and onshore)
