Finance Manager

**Role & responsibilities**:

- Ensure accurate forecasting and reporting, timely forecast submission, and the provision of value-added financial analysis and modelling.
- Manage the forecast process in conjunction with key stakeholders, and in collaboration with the rest of the finance team members.
- Develop and manage the rolling monthly forecast model while providing timely insights into performance against budget and forecast.
- Prepare management reporting packs for the board as required and directed from time to time.
- Develop incisive analysis and reporting to give actionable insights into business performance and trends, including the use of KPIs.
- Lead planning and budgeting activities as directed by the managing director.
- Enhance the understanding of key business levers for classifieds and marketplace performance.
- Develop a best-in-class business scorecard dashboard in collaboration with the operations team.
- Deliver annual budgets, quarterly guidance, monthly and weekly forecasts, as well as related financial planning & analysis.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Chartered Accountant qualified: ACCA or CIMA, or equivalent.
- Should have a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience in a similar role with audit experience, and demonstrable success at developing quality insights for the management team.
- Exceptional Excel and financial modelling skills.
- Digital or Technology background preferable
- Experience with Xero and HubSpot
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Versatile, proactive, logical thinker, resilient, inquisitive.
- Possess a continuous improvement mindset and drive for excellence
- Exceptional communication skills working with multiple levels of management
- Ability to meet tight deadlines with a logical, methodical approach to prioritizing tasks and responsibilities
- This role will be required to report directly to our HQ at Singapore.
