Job Scope:
An internship in admin scope may involve working in an office or administrative setting, assisting with a wide range of tasks related to the management and operation of a business. Some possible responsibilities could include:
- 2. Helping with data entry, recordkeeping, and filing.
- 3. Organizing office supplies, maintaining inventory, and ordering supplies when needed.
- 4. Assisting with administrative tasks related to human resources such as screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- 5. Researching and compiling information on various topics such as regulations, policies, procedures, and other relevant information.
- 6. Providing support to senior staff members for various projects such as preparing reports, presentations, and proposals.
- 7. Assisting in organizing and planning events, meetings, and conferences.
- 8. Responding to inquiries from customers, clients, and other stakeholders.
- 9. Collaborating with other team members to improve administrative processes and procedures.
- 10. Performing any other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months
**Salary**: Up to RM500.00 per month
