**Job Scope**
- Ensure incoming raw material, in process & finish product inspection and quality reports are done.
- Perform incoming raw inspection.
- Conduct assembly & proficiency test.
- The scope of authority shall refer to the selected work process procedure instruction.
- Determining, negotiating and agreeing on in-house quality procedures, standards and specification.
- Assessing customer requirements and ensuring that these are met.
- Investigating and setting standards for quality and health and safety.
- Ensuring that manufacturing processes comply with standards at both national and international level.
- Working with operating staff to establish procedures, standards, systems and procedures
- Recording, analysing and distributing statistical information.
- Draft quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Interpret and implement quality assurance standards and procedures.
- Evaluate adequacy of quality assurance standards.
- Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities.
- Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system.
- Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities.
- Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements.
