**QAQC Inspector (Mechanical, Blasting/Painting)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular inspections and testing of mechanical, blasting, and painting systems and components to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
- Develop and implement QAQC plans and procedures for mechanical, blasting, and painting activities.
- Collaborate with project engineers, supervisors, and contractors to identify and address any quality issues or non-conformities.
- Document and report all QAQC findings and actions taken to correct any issues.
- Provide training and guidance to project teams on QAQC best practices and procedures.
- Ensure that all mechanical, blasting, and painting activities are completed in a safe and efficient manner.

**Requirements**:

- Familiarity with industry standards and strong knowledge of mechanical, blasting, and painting systems and components
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with project teams.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Shall be certified under either one of the following certifications institutes:
a) Institute of Materials, Malaysia (IMM), Level II

b) NACE International Certificated

c) Other reputable e.g. SSPC, FROSIO, icorr, etc.
- Have at least three (3) years of experience in oil and gas industry as a painting inspector
- Shall be able to use painting inspection tools which are normally associated with the works.

**Job Type**: Contract

**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
