Screening Internship

**Job Purpose**:
To ensure the authentication of the information supplied to a potential employer by a job applicant.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conducting background screening verification of prospective employees based on the scope of work provided for clients in the timely manner.
- Persistently finds the appropriate source to verify information.
- Review all information and documents provided; ensuring 100% accuracy before submitting the report for QC.
- Submit the interiM/Final / updated report to the Team Lead within the timeline provided.
- Conduct research tasks as assigned by Supervisors.
- Guarantee daily, weekly and monthly goals are met.
**Qualifications**:
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor Degree in relevant field
- Proficiency in English & Bahasa.
- Local (Malaysian) only.
- Minimum 1 (one) year experience in a related field or Customer Service / Call Center would be a great advantage.
- Possess excellent communication skills by demonstrating strong verbal & written communication skills when liaising with internal and external parties
- Attentive to details and accuracy.
**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 4 months
**Salary**: Up to RM800.00 per month
Schedule:
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bangsar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- STM/STPM (preferred)
