REQUIREMENT

1. QUALIFICATIONS
- At least a Diploma in Medical Assistant/Nursing
- Any addition training or certifications is an added advantage but not necessary
- Valid APC

2. SKILLS
- All necessary nursing skills
- Language: English, Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin is added advantage

3. EXPERIENCES
- Experience in related field would be an advantage but freshie are welcome to apply

4. CHARACTER
- Strong desire to learn and grow

DUTY AND RESPONSIBILITY

To assist doctors in minor surgery, medical and aesthetic procedures

To ensure and maintain overall patients’ satisfaction and comfort throughout their visit

To assist with scheduling appointments, managing patient flow, and coordinating treatment plans

To manage clinic inventory, ensuring an adequate supply of medical products

To monitor and maintain room, equipment, and supplies, ensuring they are tidy, clean, sterile, and in good working condition pre-and post-treatment

Assist reception, registration, billing and customer handling if needed

SCHEDULE

Tuesday to Saturday

9am to 6pm
