**The Role**

Carries out all Vehicle body repair work in an efficient and safety way.

**Main Responsibilities**
- To check and ensure the quality of vehicle leaving the work bay and workshop.
- Work with Workshop Supervisor to maintain workshop and gov EH&S requirements.
- To maintain workshop standards of cleanliness and tidiness.
- Ensure on time delivery of repair vehicle.
- To maintain own labour Productivity, Utilization and OT/Hrs sold
- Ensure all Body frame repair work is carries out by using TMC repair standard manner.
- Contribution of Kaizen Idea.
- Ensure all warranty parts are in place and past it back to Workshop Supervisor to keep.

**Qualification**
- Minimum of 3 years work experience in the industry.
- Certified with Toyota TEAM Body **Step 1 to 3**.
- Strong technical knowledge on MIG, spot welding, framework adjustments, chassis pulling skill,
- Excellent work relation with MCA and Workshop Supervisor to resolve customer issue.
- Valid Driving License

**Authority and Organizational Position**
- Reports directly to Team Leader / Foreman / Workshop Supervisor.

**Dimensions**
- Achieve self-Productivity: As per Management Target
- Achieve self-Utilization: As per Management Target
- IPQC Acceptance: As per Management Target

**Salary**: RM7,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Panel Beater: 1 year (preferred)
