Job Location: Donggongon Square, Penampang, Sabah

**Job description**:
1. Ensure effective communication and collaboration between different departments within the branch.

2. Coordination with contractor partners for development of assets in Sipitang Region and other project sites which are available.

3. Coordinate with HR & project managers to allocate manpower efficiently based on project requirements.

4. Collaborate with project teams to understand specific tools and equipment requirements.

5. Establish and maintain positive relationships with local authorities, regulatory bodies, and government agencies.

6. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and equipment.

7. Coordinate with machinery workshops for repairs and maintenance, ensuring mínimal downtime.

8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of branch operations and reporting to line manager.

9. Asist regular reports on manpower, asset utilization, and equipment status.

10. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

11. Address operational challenges and conflicts promptly and effectively.

12. Work closely with management team to identify and implement solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations coordination, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of local regulations and construction industry standards is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in using relevant software for record-keeping and reporting.
- Local Sabahan is preferable.
