Department : QAQC Department

1. Gaining an understanding of the client's needs and requirements and

communicating them and the quality standards to the production teams.

2. Gaining feedback from the clients, attending meetings, submitting reports, and

assisting external auditors and inspectors.

3. To ensure quality feedback and complaint received from customers are

rectified on-time and liaise with Production and resolve quality related

discrepancies for products.

4. Ensuring raw materials from suppliers compliance requirements.

5. Establish, review and revise quality procedures, establish training development

for quality inspectors and technician for the related products.

6. Supervising inspectors, technicians, and other staff members and providing

guidance.

7. To plan in-coming, in process and final inspections of products, comparing it

to the requirements, and approving or rejecting the final products.

8. To ensure inspection activities are carried out as per quality inspection plans.

9. Ensure all processes conform to ISO 9001:2015. Documentation and

procedure compliance.

10. And other responsibilities assigned by the superior from time to time.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
