Job Responsibilities:

- Generate creative ideas for digital content across various platforms, including social media, websites, blogs, and video channels.
- Produce engaging and high-quality content in various formats, such as articles, blog posts, videos, graphics, and multimedia presentations.
- Research trending topics, industry news, and audience interests to develop relevant and compelling content that resonates with the target audience.
- Collaborate with team members, including writers, designers, videographers, and marketers, to brainstorm ideas, plan content calendars, and execute content strategies.
- Manage content production from ideation to publication, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines, quality standards, and deadlines.
- Optimize content for SEO, audience engagement, and platform-specific requirements to maximize reach, visibility, and engagement.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of content using analytics tools and use insights to iterate and improve future content strategies.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in E-commerce, Marketing, Advertising, Media Planning, Arts & Creative, Mass Communication, Business, or equivalent.
- Possess 1-2 year working experience in related field, freshgraduate are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and understanding as the role requires content creation in Chinese and English.
- Excellent eloquence and communication skills, capable of interacting with different types of people in a witty and efficient manner.
- Proficiency in content creation tools and platforms, including content management systems (CMS), graphic design software, and video editing software.
- Possesses creative thinking, able to design interesting interview questions and responses.
- Demonstrate a spirit of teamwork, able to coordinate and collaborate with the photography team to complete tasks.
- Passionate about interacting with people, skilled in playing small games and other interactive activities to add a touch of fun to interviews.
- Have basic filming and video editing skills and are proficient in using relevant software.
- Ability to communicate fluently in Chinese.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
