**Job Description**:

- The Role:

By narrowly defining the Core Purpose, you’re able to define what’s needed to solve the existing business challenge(s)- Position Purpose & Summary:- Oversee the overall day to day Assembly production line for 200mm Reticle & SMIF pods.- In this role you will:
- What are the expected outcomes? What must this role get done in order to meet your business objectives? Define “what success will look like.”- Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Meeting output targets (overall production schedule, quality and zero safety issue)- Make sure operators meet the performance intended, monitor productivity and provide coaching.- Ensure working environment is safe, and healthy.- Have the capability to identify, analyze and resolve problems.- Provide input as and when required to help solve day to day production issues in the line.- Ensure production work are done according to SOP, WI procedure and in proper order.- Work well with others supporting team to achieve target and goals.- Perform production reporting (Output reports, scrap reports, ETQ submissions, etc) and other documentations required.- Review Work orders on a timely manner prior to run and have proper planning to ensure all materials are available.- Do Communication pass down (Tier boards) & vital information to oncoming shift.- Perform other duties assigned.Accountability:- Able to meet quality and work order output as given by Planner / assign by Senior supervisor with Zero quality and safety issues.- What are the Position Specific Competencies? Define the skills/competencies necessary to do the job. These should tie directly back to the purpose and outcome.
- Academic Qualification:
- Diploma & with at least 2 years working experience in production area with strong leadership skill.Experiences:
- Leadership skills, proven experience as a supervisor, have good communication and organization skills, good knowledge in MS office, professional appearance and attitude, high integrity and work ethic, have an eye for details / accuracy, proactive attitude.Your success will be measured by:

- Success for the role is not defined solely on the outcome of a project but rather a combination of the results and how these results were achieved. Describe the PACE value competencies that are required.
- Knowledge:

- Familiar with company guidelines and safety rules.
- Plastic injection molding and assemblies.
- Handling production.

**Skills**:
- Ability to train and coach operators.
- Good communication skills.
- Good organization and leadership skills.
- Good English.
