**Responsibilities**:

- To liaise and negotiate with contractor, suppliers, consultants for any contractual matters.
- To obtaining quotation from supplier and sub contractors payment
- Survey price material in market and make comparison.
- Perform any ad-hoc / additional assignment as assigned by superior / reporting to head from time to time.
- Estimate the costs for the construction.
- Budget and order management. Cooperate with Production Department, Sale Department and Purchase Department.
- Liaise with sub-contractor, sourcing and calling for quotation for comparison purpose.
