Let’s look at your roles
- Ideate and conceptualise and execute design solutions for websites and landing pages in a timely manner.
- Conceptualise and design promotional digital marketing campaign assets such as Google GDN banners, Facebook banners and etc. for all assigned services.
- Collaborate and brainstorm with team members and/or clients Responsible to work closely with all relevant stakeholders to discuss the needs of the site or project and to create a plan of what’s required. This involves idea and strategy as well as a good understanding and communicating effectively on clients’ needs for the project. of the clients’ business objectives.
- Support and collaborate with team member to improve and help develop new online interactive strategies.
- Able to conduct a presentation of design work in front of client
- To perform daily task completion or status record.
- Provide guidance and contribute knowledge within/cross team
- Responsible in Project Management and to perform client servicing roles for the assigned services.
- Responsible to maintain contact with clients at all stages of projects and provide periodic feedback as agreed or when required.
- Responsible for presentingto present design work, project progress reports and performance reports according to OPS (Operating Standards) and any other ad-hoc requests from clients in pursuit of enhancing client satisfaction with company’s services.
- Responsible to keep abreast on industry specific market trends, and best practices and pain points, including able to support and collaborate with team members to improve and develop new online interactive strategies..
- Responsible to work closely with all relevant departments in understanding and communicating effectively on clients’ needs for the project.
- Responsible to negotiate with clients, solving problems and ensuring deadlines are met as mutually agreed.
- Responsible to review, analyse and produce periodical report on project management, recommendations for improvement along with status of key performance areas and key performance indicators.
- To support the department in any other ad-hoc related duties.

**; Requirements**:
- 1 - 3 years of working experience in the relevant field.
- Experience as a website designer with a digital agency or similar fields.
- Solid hands-on skills(s) on Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, HTML and CSS.
- Basic knowledge in WordPress, CMS, JavaScript, CSS and Bootstrap is an added advantage.
- Familiar with Bootstrap’s frameworks.
- Experience in video editing would be added advantages
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Works well in a team as well as individually.
- Good organizational skills and time management.
- Able to think analytically and to resolve issues.
- Possesses a creative mind set and passion for digital marketing.
- Meticulous and pays attention to details.
- Takes initiatives to learn and to complete the tasks assigned.
- Protects the organization’s values by keeping information confidential.
- Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin and other Chinese dialect will be an added advantage.
