Moulding Techician

Responsibility & Authority 1.1. To operate and set parameter for IM, robotic arm, hot water/oil and equipments for toolings run production follow customers’ specification 1.2. To ensure daily machine parameter settings are met with master condition parameters 1.3. To troubleshoot when IM and related equipment alarms warning 1.4. To carry out periodical preventive and predictive maintenance of machineries and equipments 1.5. Responsible for 1st Piece Confirmation submission and ensure approval before run production 1.6. Responsible for last shot submission and ensure to attach with toolings for next set up reference 1.7. To ensure goals achieved for production yield and raw materials usage 1.8. Responsible for Part Rejection root cause study and problem solving 1.9. To lead General Worker (Tech) and General Worker (Material) in performing their tasks 1.10. To record all moulding process activities records are up to date 1.11. To ensure customers mould are proper safekeeping and carry out scheduled maintenance 1.12. To ensure machine outputs are follow customers’ specification and no bad parts produced 1.13. To seek supervisor advise upon unstable machine outputs or rejection is over than budgetted 1.14. Others task that assigned by immediate superior when required.
