As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, initiating sales calls, and persuading potential customers to purchase products or services over the phone. Your primary objective is to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the organization through proactive outbound calling efforts.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Outbound Sales Calls**: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads lists or databases to introduce products or services and promote sales opportunities.
- **Sales Pitch**: Deliver persuasive sales pitches and presentations to effectively communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions to potential customers.
- **Lead Qualification**: Qualify leads by understanding customer needs, budget constraints, and purchasing intentions to identify qualified sales opportunities.
- **Objection Handling**: Address customer objections, concerns, and hesitations effectively by providing appropriate responses and solutions to overcome barriers to sale.
- **Closing Sales**: Close sales deals by securing commitments from customers to purchase products or services, negotiating pricing and terms as necessary to meet sales targets.
- **Follow-Up**: Conduct follow-up calls with leads to nurture relationships, answer questions, and provide additional information or support to facilitate the sales process.
- **Sales Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including calls made, leads contacted, sales closed, and revenue generated, using CRM software or sales tracking tools.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with sales team members, managers, and other departments to coordinate sales efforts, share best practices, and support overall sales objectives.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing excellent service, addressing inquiries promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets, quotas, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive revenue growth and achieve sales objectives.
**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
