Application Specialist

**MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational trainings.

2. Support and assist in pre-sales and post-sales support which include but not limited to technical discussions, demonstrations, presentations and user trainings.

3. Align customers technical expectations and provide troubleshooting guidance and technical support directly. Support existing customers with additional training and technical assistance as needed or as product updates are launched that require additional training or implementation.

4. Serve as internal trainer by ensuring all internal members are exposed to information, knowledge and experience and work towards high expertise level in term of market positioning of our portfolio.

6. Prepare and submit regulatory submissions and documentation to obtain and maintain product approvals, registrations, and certifications. Compile and maintain systematic filling of product registration dossier.

7. Other duties/tasks as assigned based on business need.

**Qualification and skill requirements**:
Preferable minimum degree in Biomedical science, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Genetics, or other related life science field or minimum 1 to 2 years’ experience in related position.
Experience in preparing and submitting regulatory submissions and managing regulatory interactions. (MDA & CAB)
Good written and verbal communication in English and Malay (Mandarin is a plus).
Demonstrated good presentation and training skills.
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accuracy and compliance.
Possess own transport and willing to travel, even on short notices.
