Operations Specialist

KnockNok aims to connect people who need quality and affordable home repair services with experienced handymen through the latest Internet technology. Starting in North America, we strive to reach the globe and build a community of handymen and homeowners in the near future.

Please note:
1.This is a remote position, and you will need to work from home with your own equipment.

2.You will be working 40 hours per week, with your working hours corresponding to some North American time zones. For example, for the morning shift, you may need to start work at 5 AM, and for the evening shift, you may finish work by 2 AM (working hours are flexible).

3.Contract workers do not enjoy employee benefits such as insurance and annual leave.

**Responsibilities**:
1.Write and update content for overseas social media accounts based on the company's brand positioning.

2.Participate in creative ideation and proposals for the company's brand and execute them effectively.

3.Develop influencer resources (mainly in North America), establish and maintain long-term cooperative relationships.

4.Handle user feedback on the company's platform and engage in user interactions and responses.

5.Complete other operational tasks assigned by the company.

**Requirements**:
1.Bachelor's degree or above with excellent proficiency in Chinese and English communication.

2.Prior experience in operations or marketing is preferred; fresh graduates with excellent English skills are also accepted.

3.Strong learning, understanding, and logical thinking abilities.

4.Good language expression skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and process information and data.

5.Strong team spirit, innovative mindset, and a high sense of responsibility.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
