**Responsibilities**:
**1. IT Support**:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues within the Administration and Management Department.
- Assist department members with software installations, updates, and system configurations.
- Maintain hardware inventory and ensure all equipment is properly configured and operational.
**2. Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive Policies**:
- Lead the implementation and optimization of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive policies to ensure efficient document management, collaboration, and data security.
- Customize and manage SharePoint sites to facilitate document sharing, version control, and team collaboration.
- Establish and enforce OneDrive policies for data storage, access permissions, and sharing controls.
**3. Data Security Compliance**:
- Develop and implement data security policies and procedures in alignment with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Stay updated on data protection laws and regulations and ensure the department's compliance.
**4. Server Setup and Antivirus Policies**:
- Configure, deploy, and maintain servers to support departmental operations and data management.
- Establish and enforce antivirus policies and procedures to safeguard against malware, viruses, and other security threats.
- Monitor server performance, security, and capacity to ensure optimal operation and scalability.
**5. Administration and Management Support**:
- Assist in scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and managing appointments for department members.
- Create and maintain a project monitoring system to track progress, deadlines, and milestones for ongoing initiatives.
- Provide technical support and guidance for departmental projects requiring IT expertise.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in providing IT support and system administration, preferably within an administrative or management setting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Teams administration, SharePoint, and OneDrive policies.
- In-depth knowledge of data security principles, regulations (such as GDPR, HIPAA), and best practices.
- Experience in setting up and maintaining servers, including Windows Server environments.
- Familiarity with antivirus software and experience in developing and implementing antivirus policies.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Certification in Microsoft Teams administration or related field.
- Experience with cloud-based office productivity suites such as Microsoft 365.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
