4. Assisting with audits and budgeting processes

5. Reconciling accounts

6. Assists accounts receivable

7. Accounts payable
- Preparing purchase order and cheques payment to supplier.

8. Petty cash

9. Financial reporting to Treasurer and Management Agent

10. Attend residents in:

- Any complaints

11. Exposure to MC/JMB is an advantage.

12. Min. Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy.

13. Location: Taman Megah Ria, Masai

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Masai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 1 year (required)
