- Exceeded customer service expectations by providing friendly and courteous service to all customer
*Daily Service Tracking and make sure technician can complete task efficiently.
*Monitored staff performance and operations to keep processes aligned with targets and matching forecasts.
*Maintain and achieve the KPI as service principal setting the target.
*Ensured customer service met high-quality standards by analyzing staff performance and monitoring customer reviews.
*On boarded and mentored new starters and assisted with creating on boarding training material.
- Min SPM or higher
- Those with phone repairing experience is added advantage
- Experience in retail / gadgets is added advantage
**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
