Internally the role will be titled as **ITS Business Partner - ASEAN, Taiwan & HK**

**Role Summary**

The** IT Lead - ASEAN, Taiwan & HK** **primary mission is to drive business outcomes using a combination of strategy information technology products and services, digital, data and analytics. This role is expected to provoke strategic directions by providing internal/external perspectives and proactively seeking out and managing value opportunities for IT solutions and services. This role reports to VP Digital and IT, APAC and will be required to work closely with the country leadership teams, Global IT delivery teams, Functional Business Partners, and external vendor partners

**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure seamless and stable delivery of IT services in the region. Be responsible for protecting K-C physical and data assets in compliance with local regulations from a security and privacy point of view.
- Identify areas of generating business value by eliminating waste, automation, unlocking growth using leveraging Data and Analytics. Then deliver digital solutions to deliver business outcomes leveraging digital enabler technologies like Cloud, UX, RPA, API, and Artificial Intelligence and Machine learning.
- Provide strategic leadership for Digital and Information Technology
- Oversight of service delivery of all IT and Digital Technology Services
- Lead a portfolio of technology-enabled business change initiatives to create new capabilities and deliver business outcomes
- Leverage the K-C DTS operating model to land key global capabilities in cluster and influence global strategy and investments to align with market needs
- Finance and Value management of IT spend and investments including developing a strategic roadmap of investment over a 3-5 year horizon
- Be the change agent to drive the digitalization of the enterprise by educating and driving the adoption of digital enabler technologies
- Provide site leadership to improve employee engagement and be a culture champion driving new ways of working

**Key to your success in this role will be**
- Strong technology and CPG commercial functional background
- Strong interpersonal skills, influencing skills, and organizational/coordination skills with the ability to influence at a CXO level
- Experience with driving large IT-led business change initiatives
- Good command of verbal and written English
- Strong understanding of commercial processes in CPG - particularly Digital Sales execution, Revenue Growth Management, eCommerce execution, Digital marketing
- Strong planning, change management, and execution skills with the ability to prioritize and drive multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
- Building and Driving IT strategy in aid of unlocking business value
- Strong understanding of cyber security risk, internal control frameworks privacy frameworks.
- Working knowledge of IT finance, Building business cases and tracking business value
- Ability to create and analyze data to provide management insights.
