Executive / Assistant Executive - Customer Service

**Responsibilities**:
The role holder is responsible for supporting the admissions process, maintaining the student database and ensuring the smooth processing of new student admissions.
- Administers students’ admissions, student visa, other documents, policies and procedures, rule and regulations in compliance with the Ministry of Education and academic progression requirements
- Maintains and updates the student database for new, existing and graduating students, and the alumni database
- Responsible for the day-to-day management and collection of Admissions data, such as enrolment numbers, and analyses the data to detect outliers and trends
- Manages communication tools, such as MyOWIS, as well as the school website, newsletter, brochures and other written communication to keep parents up-to-date
- Supports the Admissions team in developing ideas to increase enrolment numbers
- Assists the Admissions team in conducting on the markets and competitors, and customer surveys
- Supports and participates in the Admissions events, such as Open House and orientation
- Guides new parents through the Admissions process
- Addresses basic enquiries from prospective parents
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration/ Management or relatedfield.
- At least 1 - 3 years of relevant working experience
- Good communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
Schedule:
